We're always on the lookout for more rental property in Leicestershire. We're probably one of the fastest growing Sales & letting Company and such we're often running low on flats, apartments and houses to show our tenants.
We only rent to quality tenants and reference them completely. We charge just 8% as a full management fee and look after the whole rental process for you, or, if you would prefer to manage the tenancy yourself, then we charge £150.00 as a finders fee (we'll reference the tenant too for you!)
